Concert Day!
How it works & Everything you need to know!
Our concert day is Saturday 13th December, 2025 held at BMEC. Students are to arrive at 9:30am with hair, makeup done & dressed in their first costume.
We please ask that students bring nothing but their costumes, any shoes required & stockings all in their costume bag, not a seperate dance bag. We have a lot of students back stage, so if we can limit how many belongings a child comes with, the less chance they will be lost, so please ensure everything required is clearly labeled. Water stations will be provided to students so please don't bring drink bottle.
A note for dancers in nappies:
If your dancer is still in nappies for the end of year concert and needs to be changed whilst they are back stage, you will be called over the speaker to come and change your child as our BAD staff are not trained to do so.
Dropping off & Picking up your dancer
Drop off:
Dancers are to be dropped off via the entrance to the ‘Showroom’. Please come to the front foyer of BMEC and enter through the door on the right. When you enter you will see a set of doors
with a ‘city hall’ label above it, a BAD staff member will be there to check your child into this
area. Please only have ONE parent/guardian drop off the dancer/s. This is the same area
your child will be collected from following the concert. Your child will stay back stage with us for the entirety of the concert & children cannot be collected prior.
Pick up:
All students are to be picked up from the same area as drop off. Upon departure all children must have their names marked off the list & will take all their belongings and costumes back home with them. Students will be brought out by class & there will be barricaded areas for parents to loop around when their student/s class is called.Please note: We have a very large amount of little people to be collected at the one time. To ensure the safety of each student this process may take a little while so please be patient with us
Flower Collection:
If you pre-order a flower for your performer, these will be available to collect via the front entry way of BMEC following the end of the concert. A small white stand with a BAD staff member will be there for you to collect your pre-ordered flower.If you would like a flower please ensure you pre-order these as there will not be any spares.
