
Concert Costumes
All students will receive their costumes for each of their routines in a BAD costume bag. All costumes will be labeled, hung neatly & all accessories in the front pocket. Costumes must remain in these bags when not in use- these are not to be worn on any other dates.

Collecting your costume
Friday 5th December
Costumes are to be collected from the BAD studio on Friday 5th December between 3:30-6pm. All dance fees must be up to date before costumes are handed out, you will also be sent a costume waiver form that must be signed prior to your arrival to collect your costume.
Please note: there is no extra charge for concert costumes, these are part of your all inclusive fee's throughout the year! We subsidise the cost of costumes greatly to keep the cost down for our families. Our costumes are being purchased for you and with this in mind it is SO important that your costumes and accessories are not lost or damaged in anyway!

Returning your costumes
Sunday 14th December
Costumes are to be returned to the studio the day following the concert- Sunday 14th December, between 11am-2pm.
How you recieve your costume is how it must be returned. On the day please ensure you see a BAD staff member to get your name and all costumes marked off.
If you do not return your costume on this day you will be charged a late fee.
Dirty/Damaged/Lost Costumes:
If costumes are lost or damaged you will have to pay for the costume in full. If costumes are returned dirty or with any makeup marks- you will be charged a $10 cleaning fee, per costume and costume bag. Costumes have very specific washing instructions! Please contact us before attempting to clean any costumes.
