Photo/Dress Rehearsal Day

Sunday 7th December

How it works

Below is the schedule for our ‘Professional Photo & Dress Rehearsal Day’ that will be held at our studio on Sunday 7th December.
This is a compulsory day & ALL students are required to attend the dress rehearsal to ensure our concert running order is workable.

Students will go in and have their professional photograph taken as an individual & with their class. They will then move into the next studio to have a full dress rehearsal for each of their classes.
Each time slot will allow for both group & individual photographs as well as the dress rehearsal of each dance.

All dancers MUST come wearing their first costume, correct stockings & shoes & with hair and makeup completely done. The dress rehearsal is a closed rehearsal & parents are not

permitted to watch. Click below for your dancers head to toe note to ensure you have everything you need!

Please note:
If your dancer is in more than one class and has a break between, please ensure you collect your child in between class time. If there is no break your child will stay with us and we can get them ready for their next class 

 

Dropping off & Picking up your dancer

ALL students are to be dropped off and picked up via the right hand side of the studio building.


A staff member will be at reception to sign all students IN and OUT on the day.

Parents are welcome to wait around whilst their dancer is in class, we will also be having a BBQ lunch!

 

Unfortunately we cannot have any parents inside the studio, our studio isn't big enough to accomodate for all our students & parents. If students are only in one dance, it is preferable that they do not bring anything with them. Water jugs & disposable cups will be available for all students.


Students in more than one dance that need to bring additional costumes, please ensure you only bring your costume bag & clearly label any shoes, stockings or uniform. Staff will be available to assist with costume changes.

 

Students are to arrive & leave in their costumes.

Please be mindful that, at times, rehearsals may run over-time. It is more important that we ensure all of our performers are confident rather than to rush them through. We endeavour to keep to the schedule where possible.
